Lobby Rules:
NO gossiping
All trash is to be thrown away in proper cans
If you spill, clean up immediately!
NO running or horse play!
Speak with soft voices
Bring all dance bags to dance room with you
Parents, drop child off & return for pickup

ALL questions are directed to Office Manager
Dance Class Rules:
Regular classes meet once a week
NO classes on school holidays
Canceled classes due to bad weather, call Studio for message & will be posted on the door
SPECIAL-Visitation days will be held twice during the year-November & April
Attendance:
All student are expected to attend ALL classes
Private lessons may be required if student misses more than 2 weeks by Ms Stefani only
Perfect Attendance Certificates will be presented for those who do not miss class
Year awards are based on a 9-month year-given for 3-5-8-10-12 years of dance
Parents are responsible for keeping up with child’s dance years-sign up at studio
All years will be counted with pervious studios,1/2 year does not count

Class Attire:
Every student is required to wear leotard & tights with appropriate dance shoes NO SKIRTS, NO BLUE JEANS, NO SCHOOL UNIFORMS!
Students will be asked to sit & observe if they do not wear proper class attire
All shoes should be labeled with student’s name inside. Put shoes on AFTER entering the studio and remove BEFORE leaving.
NO jewelry in classes; please leave at home or in your dance bag
Hair MUST be pulled back and out of face & eyes. Ponytails are accepted
PARADE ATTIRE: Class T-Shirts & Jeans or Capris
Tuition:
Monthly Rates are: 1st Class $40 2nd Class $25 Each Additional Class $20
PAYMENT IS DUE ON THE 1ST LESSON OF EACH MONTH-NO LATER THAN 10TH OF EACH MONTH
A late fee will be $15 after the 10th of month. NSF fee will be $25 on all returned checks
REGISTRATION FEE-$40 for single child $45 for two children $50 for three or more
RECITAL FEE-$45 Single $55 two or more-This includes (7) tickets for singles and (9) tickets for more than 1 child, plus pass for Mother & Father
COSTUME MONEY-will be due the end of December or beginning of January. Costume range from $65-$90 each
Accounts may be set up to make deposits for costume payments. Fundraisers are held to help with these costume expenses
ALL CASH must be places in an envelope and marked with the student’s name and day and time of class and what payment is for
There is a Payment Drop Box located by the office door for payments to be made. Please remember to label your envelope so the money goes to your account
NO reduction in tuition is made due to absences or Holidays
Public Performances:
Special events are planned for our students to entertain. This is optional; but a very important part of your child’s dancing & training ability
Students that wish to perform a studio routine outside this studio MUST receive approval from Ms Stefani only (i.e. school talent, church talent)
All press releases for radio, T.V. newspaper, church bulletins and etc... MUST be submitted to Ms Stefani for approval
ALL DANCE DECISIONS WILL BE FINALIZED BY STEFANI ROYER ONLY
